HCMC to host 1st int’l real estate exhibition

VGP – VNREA EXPO, an international real estate exhibition with related seminars will be held in Hồ Chí Minh City in late September as an activity to promote the development of Vietnamese real estate market and perfect real estate policies.

The event is the first panoramic expo introducing projects on housing, residential quarters, industrial parks, hotels, resorts; exterior and interior décor products; building materials; real estate marketing and management services.

As part of VNREA EXPO, there will be four seminars on investment capital for real estate market, potentials and chances to invest in real estate in Việt Nam, houses for low-income people in urban areas.

Real estate experts, economists and managers will discuss and share opinions for making policies on real estate market development in Việt Nam.

According to statistics from the Ministry of Construction, Việt Nam has more than 1,000 real estate trading centers and over 8,000 professional marketing certificates in real estate.
