Vietjet Air launches new air routes

VGP - Low-cost carrier Vietjet Air officially launched a new air route between Ho Chi Minh City and Tuy Hoa on January 20 in order to meet travel demands during the Lunar New Year season.

The daily flight will take one hour. The flights take off at 7:35am and 9:10am from Ho Chi Minh City.

Earlier, Vietjet Air also opened direct air routes connecting Pleiku with Hai Phong and Vinh cities.

The Pleiku-Hai Phong flight route was put into service from January 15, with 4 flights a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday. Flight takes about one hour and 35 minutes.

Meanwhile, for the Pleiku - Vinh route, the airline operates three round-trip flights per week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at one hour and 25 minutes each.

Tickets are available on Vietjet Air’s ticketing offices nationwide and online.

Currently, Vietjet Air operates nearly 200 flights using Airbus A320 and A321 planes. With more than 44 domestic and international routes, the airline has carried over 200 million passengers.
