Thị Nại Bridge opened to traffic, work on Nhơn Hội EZ begins

VNGOVNet – Vietnam’s largest cross-sea bridge was put to traffic in the afternoon of December 12 in Bình Định Province. The 2,477-m bridge is on the way from Qui Nhơn City to the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone.

Addressing the ceremony, Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng highlighted the event a landmark to Bình Định’s socio-economic development and evidence of the robust growth of Vietnam’s civil engineering sector.

 

The same day, a ground-breaking ceremony of the Nhơn Hội Economic Zone project took place in the province. Covering 12,000 ha, the zone has up to now seen 45 investors register to set up shops with the total capital of US$3.5 billion.
