International Banking Finance and Insurance Expo 2007 opened

The Expo aims to give a panoramic introduction of Vietnam’s financia and monetary market in the first year after the country became an official WTO member as well as her potentialities and domestic investment environment in order to mobilize investments, technologies and different forms of joint-ventures and cooperation in Vietnam.

BFI Expo will introduce foreign investors, technologists, lenders and technological products to serve financial and banking sectors. This is considered a good chance for credit organizations, insurance and securities companies to advertise their new products and services, improve their prestige, competitiveness and market accessibility.

In the frame of the Expo, there will be seminars and forums on Lending small and medium enterprises, Stock market, Financial liberalization, and Vietnamese insurance and international integration and cooperation where enterprises and investors can share their experience of financial, monetary and banking activities.

The Expo lasts till May 06 with the Ceremony to award the Vietnam Gold Globe to honor and recognize contributions made by bankers, insurance, securities and financial companies.
