Leaders send congratulations to U.S. on Independence Day

VGP – State President Truong Tan Sang and PM Nguyen Tan Dung on Friday extended congratulations to President Barack Obama on the occasion of the 239th Independence Day of the U.S (July 4,1776-2015).
