Condolences to Russia over subway accident

VGP - State President Truong Tan Sang on July 16 cabled a message of condolences to his Russian counterpart Vladimir Putin over a serious metro accident in the capital city of Moscow on July15.

The derailment on the Moscow metro, considered to be the most serious subway accident over the past 80 years, occurred on July 15, killing at least 22 people and injuring more than 140 others.
