Xinhua News Agency on Saturday reported that the construction of Yongxing school, including a kindergarten and a primary school, has a total investment of around US$5.76 million.

The project will cover 4,650 square meters on the island.

China's aforesaid action seriously violates Viet Nam’s sovereignty over the archipelago.

Viet Nam has indisputable sovereignty over the Hoang Sa archipelago – an administrative unit of the central city of Da Nang.
