Da Nang listed in top 10 Asian Fresh Destinations in 2014

VGP – Central Da Nang City has been listed in one of Asia’s leading hotel booking sites Agoda.com as one of Asia’s hottest emerging travel stops.

The website released the list of ten Asian Fresh Destinations in 2014 based on such criteria as booming in travelers, large amount of expert travelers, and provision of genuine, unfiltered travel experiences.

According to it, Da Nang City has made drastic development. New hotels and shopping areas are being built with huge investment in infrastructure.

Besides My Son Sanctuary recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, tourists travelling to Da Nang City may visit Hoi An Ancient Town, hike in the lush Marble Mountains, surf at the famous Non Nuoc Beach, explore caves, visit museums, and, of course, enjoy excellent Vietnamese cuisine.

In addition to Da Nang, the list also includes Mandalay (Myanmar), Kenting (Taiwan, China), Okinawa (Japan), Lombok (Indonesia), Kaohsiung (Taiwan, China), Kota Kinabalu (Malaysia), Osaka (Japan) and Chiang Rai (Thailand).
