Education sector urged to renovate comprehensively

Deputy Prime Minister Vu Duc Dam made the statement at a conference in Hanoi on February 13 on implementing the Party resolution on educational renewal and realizing tasks set for the second term of the 2013-2014 academic year.

 

He expressed his belief that the renewal will be successful with the participaton and resolve of the whole society under the Party’s leadership while highlighting the renewal’s three main targets in moral, knowledge and vocational education.

 

Regarding delegates’ suggestions to the coming secondary school’s graduation exams, Deputy PM Dam emphasized the importance of renewing testing methods, which is decisive to the textbooks’ content, methodology and teacher training.

 

He also asked the education and training sector to study experience of the world’s education./.
