VND 505 bln poured in Thua Thien-Hue

VGP – Central Thua Thien-Hue Province licensed five investment projects, worth nearly VND 505 billion in the early days of 2014.

With the new ones, the province has attracted 92 projects to its industrial zones with a total investment of more than VND 18,266 billion.

It aims to lure around VND 2,900 billion in investment and generate revenues of more than VND 13,000 billion in industrial zones this year.

The province has devised measures for industrial zones to be more attractive, such as streamlining administrative procedures, enhancing consultancy services for investors and training human resources for projects and businesses in the zones.

In January only, the industrial production value of industrial zones reached VND 760.15 billion (more than US$36 million), of which export value was US$31.32 million.
