Poverty Reduction Project in Nghe An gets longer

VGP – Deputy PM Hoang Trung Hai has agreed to extend the deadline of the project on Poverty Reduction through institutional strengthening in Quy Chau district and Nghe An province (PORIS) till September 3, 2014.

The project is using the Belgian Government's Official Development Assistance (ODA).

It looks to strengthen the institutional capacity of local governments in decentralized development planning, budgeting, monitoring and evaluation, implementation and public service delivery in accordance with public administration reform.
