VN hosts 2013 AOTCA conference

Hosted by the Viet Nam Tax Consultants' Association, the event provides a venue for the exchange of information and experience involving tax policies, management and consultancy.

It brought together 300 senior tax experts from Austria, the UK, Australia, China, Japan, the Republic of Korea, Hong Kong (PRC), Singapore, Malaysia and others. 

At the conference, Viet Nam introduced to international friends its economic and financial reform, especially in the tax policy and management system, investment incentives for production business development, favorable conditions to tax payers and efficient measures for tax fraud prevention.

According to the AOTCA Chairman Thomas Lee, the annual tax conference highlights the cooperation and support between professional tax consultants in Asia-Oceania.

AOTCA was established in 1992 with the aim of developing regional tax agents in accordance with global trend, offering and broadening opportunities for exchanging information, knowledge on tax system, tax management, tax consultant system, and market trend.
