Cultural heritage space in Hoi An

VGP - Cultural identities and heritages of Viet Nam, ASEAN member countries (except Brunei), the Republic of Korea and Japan will be on display at an exhibition in ancient town of Hoi An, Quang Nam Province from June 21-26.

22 provinces and cities across the host country will showcase their outstanding cultural identities and national heritages recognized by the UNESCO as the World Cultural Heritage.

The cultural space will be connected by lotus lanterns and a flower installation art work depicting the Vietnamese map, which is based on the sculpture “Hoi An horizon” by Ingo Gunther from Germany.

Art performances, craft activities and folk games will also take place on Hoai river, while a street carnival festival will be organized on June 22./.
