VN, RoK strengthen tertiary education linkages

Deputy PM highly spoke of the relations between Viet Nam and the Republic of Korea (RoK) in education and training, citing Korean universities’ support for the development of human resources in various fields in Vietnam and their scholarships granted to Vietnamese students.

He also hailed the cooperation in training healthcare resources between Taekyeng University and the Vietnamese Ministry of Industry and Trade and the Ha Noi Medical University.

Mr. Nhan proposed the Korean university work closely with Vietnamese ministries and universities to realize the signed agreements. 

For his part, Professor Yoon Jin Sun hoped to seek more cooperative opportunities with Viet Nam on the economic field and vocational training, especially though the granting of certifications on the domains of services, culture, art and entertainment./.
