24 hour e-customs declaration since 2013

VGP – Viet Nam will offer 24 hour e-customs declaration on seven days a week, according to the Government’s newly issued Decree No. 87/2012/ND-CP

Individuals and organizations conducting customs procedures online can pay fees on the monthly basis. They must use digital signature registered with customs offices in advance.

Customs documents include e-customs declaration form, commercial invoices, contract of purchase and sale of goods, permit of authorized in case of goods being imported or exported or in transit or means of transportation./.
