Regional vocational training conference to open in Oct.

The conference is expected to attract around 250 delegates from Germany, Viet Nam and ASEAN countries.

The meeting will focus on four main issues including vocational standard, cooperation with businesses in vocational training, development of capable trainers, and finance for vocational training.

The event is also a forum for policy-makers, specialists, producers and businessmen from Viet Nam and ASEAN nations to discuss and exchange opinions about renewing vocational training in the context of regional and international integration.

Earlier, Vietnamese and German PMs signed the Joint Declaration on strategic partnership relations, including co-organizing the Regional Vocational Training Conference in Viet Nam in 2012.
