PM hosts National Day banquet for diplomats

PM Dung conveyed his sincere gratitude to Governments and people of other countries, Ambassadors, representative offices, and international organizations for their precious supports and effective cooperation for Viet Nam over the past time.

Over the last 67 years, said PM Dung, the Vietnamese people have surmounted numerous difficulties and hardships to achieve national independence, develop the country, and successfully integrate into the world economy.

Recently, the Government and people of Viet Nam have spared no effort to stabilize the marco-economy, rein in inflation, maintain reasonable growth rate, ensure social welfare, maintain national defense, security, sovereignty and social order, stressed PM Dung.

The host leader expressed his pleasure to witness the progresses in the relations between Viet Nam and the international community.

Venezuelan Ambassador Jorge Rondon Uzcategui, on behalf of the guests, congratulated the Vietnamese Government and people on their National Day.

The diplomat said that diplomatic ties between Viet Nam and other countries have been flourishing. Viet Nam has succeeded in formulating friendly, close, united and cooperative bridges with other countries./.
