PVEP permitted to invest in Malaysia

VNGOP – The PM agreed in principle on October 17 that the Petroleum Exploration and Production Corporation (PVEP), a subsidiary of PetroVietnam Group, would transfer its capital abroad to invest in oil and gas contracts on lots PM 304 and SK 305 in Malaysia.

The PM entrusted the Ministry of Planning and Investment to consider and issue the license to adjust the investment licenses for the above contracts. PVEP was required to strictly observe the regulations on foreign exchanges.
