VN to celebrate 1st anniversary of WTO accession

VNGOP – Deputy PM Phạm Gia Khiêm on September 27 agreed the celebration of the 1st anniversary of Việt Nam’s admission to the World Trade Organization (WTO).

The Deputy PM entrusted the Ministry of Industry and Trade, together with relevant ministries and agencies, to set up a master plan and submit it to the PM before October 10, 2007.

The Ministry of Planning and Investment was assigned to access socio-economic impacts of the WTO accession and make reports to the PM within the 1st quarter of next year.
