PM says farewell to Romanian Ambassador

VGP – Prime Minister Nguyễn Tấn Dũng on April 5 in Hà Nội received Romanian Ambassador to Việt Nam Dumitru Olaru at the end of the latter’s term in Việt Nam.

PM Dũng expressed his pleasure in the developments in the traditional ties between Việt Nam and Romania.

Việt Nam treasures the valuable contributions of the outgoing Ambassador who recently has been awarded the Việt Nam’s Friendship Medal for contributions to promoting the bilateral ties.

The Government chief affirmed that Việt Nam would spare no effort to shake hands with the European country to cement and deepen the relationship for mutual benefits.

PM Dũng hoped that the Ambassador would continue to serve as a bridge to bring the two countries closer.

For his part, Ambassador Dumitru Olaru thanked the Vietnamese Government for supporting him to fulfilling the mission in Việt Nam.

He also proposed the two sides tap respective potentials for cooperative activities in such areas as economics, trade, investment, petrol, science and education./.
