PM okays an industrial, urban and service park built in Bắc Ninh

VNGOP – PM Nguyễn Tấn Dũng agreed on June 05 that the Vietnam-Singapore Limited Liability Joint-venture will invest in the construction of an industrial, urban and service park in the northern province of Bắc Ninh.

Accordingly, the park covers an area of 700 ha in which 500 ha are reserved for the industrial quarter and 200 ha for urban and services quarter. The 500-ha industrial park will be included in the List of Priority IPs to be established to 2015 (issued attached to Decision 1107/QĐ-TTg on August 21, 2006 by the PM).

The PM assigned the Bắc Ninh Province People's Committee to direct the investor to take into account opinions from the relevant ministries and sectors while designing and realizing projects. The Government head also ordered to license the Vietnam-Singapore industrial, urban and service park in Bắc Ninh in conformity with current stipulations.
