Statutes on joint-stock trade banks to be promptly issued

VNGOP – To ensure safe performance of the banking system and license the establishment of banks in a transparent way, the PM has just ordered the Governor of the State Bank of Vietnam to promptly promulgate the Statutes on founding and operating joint-stock trade banks.
