MoJ to adopt legal assistance in stage IV

VNGOP – Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the PM agreed on May 31 that the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) to take over the Project "Legal Assistance in Vietnam, Stage IV" granted with a nonrefundable aid of DKK 2 million by the Danish Institute for Human Rights (DIHR).

The MoJ leaders were assigned to sign the project with the donor and be responsible to put it into reality under current stipulations on managing and using foreign non-governmental aid.
