Young Vietnamese, Campuchia officers join exchange activities
VGP - A young Vietnamese military officer delegation arrived in campuchia on November 20 to start a young officer exchange programme between two armies.

It is also a platform for the officers to exchange their experiences in youth affairs.
Headed by Senior Lieutenant Colonel Dinh Quoc Hung, Head of the Viet Nam’s Army Youth Committee, the delegation will participate in exchange activities with Campuchia young officers.
Both sides recalled difficulties overcome by the VPA and RCA during their struggles for national independence.
Hung called on the two countries’ young army officers to enhance friendship and exchanges.
The Vietnamese officers will share experience with several units of the RCA.
The exchange programme will last till November 25.
