Winners of VN HR Awards 2018 honoured

Nestlé Viet Nam was honored at the Viet Nam HR Awards for the second consecutive time

The award is not only convincing because of the way businesses apply and operate their policies more and more professionally, but also due to the impressive approach of more Vietnamese enterprises to international standards.

In addition, honored businesses will be an inspirational and motivating force for other enterprises in Viet Nam in their efforts to raise the quality of human resources and sustainable development.

"Viet Nam HR Awards 2018" has two categories, Outstanding HR Strategies and Effective HR Policies, with awards given to 12 companies in each category (24 total), including two "Best Companies" prizes and two prizes awarded by the Evaluation Council.

The outstanding businesses honoured at this year’s event are Olam Vietnam, Hoan My Medical Corporation, Mobile World, FPT, VietinBank, Techcombank, Novaland, FTV-Nokia Mannufacturing Secvice, Sun Life Vietnam, Nestle Vietnam, FrienslandCampinaViet Nam, Unilever Viet Nam and Bosch Viet Nam.

In March 2018, Nestlé Viet Nam ranked second in the Viet Nam Best Place To Work 2017. In September 2018, Nestlé Viet Nam was named one of the Best Companies to Work for in Asia by leading HR Asia Magazine.

Recognized as the best workplace and the best employers, Nestlé Viet Nam has created around 2,300 jobs in its six factories across Viet Nam.
