WB to fund school quality program
VGP – The PM just sent a written proposal to the State President for the latter’s approval of the Financing Agreement and related legal documents of the Program on Ensuring School Quality.
Earlier, authorized by the PM, Governor of the State Bank Nguyễn
Văn Giàu signed with representative of the World Bank the Agreement and
documents.
The Program aims at bettering the studying results and raising
the graduation rate of primary pupils, especially those with disadvantages,
through assisting the Government of Việt Nam to realize the full-time teaching
program.
The World Bank will grant Việt
The PM’s proposal was made under regulations of the Law on
signing, joining and realizing international conventions.
