Vinamotor to develop automobile transport and technical services
VNGOP – Standing Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng just agreed to entrust the Việt Nam Motor Industry Corporation (Vinamotor) to function as the major implementer of the pilot investment project on the development of automobile transport and technical services along three national highways 1, 8 (from National Highway 1 to Vientiane) and 6 (from Hà Nội to Lai Châu).

To put the project into reality, Deputy PM Nguyễn Sinh Hùng permitted Vinamotor to enjoy the highest incentive of enterprise income tax (tax exemption for first four years and tax reduction of 50 percent for the following nine years).
The Deputy PM also agreed in principle the establishment of the Vinamotor-administered financial company and allowed Vinamotor to issue bonds as well as make the projects on directly importing and trading petrol along the above three roads.
