Vietcombank named best bank in VN

VGP - The Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Foreign Trade of Viet Nam (Vietcombank) has been named the best bank in Viet Nam in 2017 by Alpha Southeast Asia (Alpha SEA) magazine.

The annual award, the first and only one focusing on Southeast Asia, is presented to outstanding financial institutions in the region. This is the 11th year the Hong Kong-based magazine has conducted the award.

In Viet Nam, Vietcombank is given credit for its efficient business strategy and management model with a view to offering its customers international standards services.

With this award, Vietcombank continues to affirm its position as one of the best-performing banks in the domestic market, and its goal of becoming one of the top 100 financial institutions in the region and to reach the global top 300 by 2020.

The annual award is given to the top financial institution in Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Viet Nam.
