“Việt Nam Manufacturing Expo 2010” entitles visitors to discover not only new technologies from across the globe but also hot opportunities to network with industrialists and investors to forge into solid business prosperity as stated by its theme “Your Only Gateway to Việt Nam.” The show features new industrial parts manufacturing technologies from 200 international brands from 20 countries.

As part of the world-renowned NEPCON Series, organized in eight Asian countries, the NEPCON Việt Nam is hosting new technologies and equipment such as SMT and electronic components by 200 leading brands from 25 countries, including national pavilions from China, Japan, Singapore, Taiwan and Thailand. Over 8,000 industrial visitors will witness new levels of productivity and learn new production know-how from our education programs.

The exhibitions are “genuinely good opportunities for participants to meet, discuss, negotiate and sign technology transfer contacts which in turn, significantly improve the technology level and competitiveness for local business in the globalization process,” said Mr. Nguyễn Thành Biên, Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade, at the opening ceremony.

The events also provide an overview about Việt Nam’s manufacturing industry, trends and future strategies of the sector. Besides, several special conferences are held by state-owned and private businesses to update the attendants with the most advanced technologies and business modes.

There are also extra activities, such as the International Day for businesses to foster cooperation and gain industrial market share in Việt Nam; and the Business Matchmaking Program for firms to meet new partners.
