The Vietnamese General Secretary highly valued cooperation between the two Parties and hoped that the two sides will exchange experience and help each other in implementing their Resolutions.

Việt Nam will try its best to lift Việt Nam-Laos relationship to a new height for the sake of the two nations’ people, as well as for peace, stability, cooperation and development in the region and in the world, Mr. Trọng asserted.

Mr. Sombounkhan affirmed that the Lao Commission for Propaganda and Training will contribute to further strengthening the two countries’ relations.

The same day, a delegation from the Communist Party of Việt Nam Central Committee’s Commission for Publicity and Education (CPE) led by Chairman Đinh Thế Huynh held talks with Mr. Chueang Sombounkhan.

The two sides kept each other updated with achievements that their countries have made in the fields of economics, social affairs, propaganda, ideology, theory and publishing.
