Traditional Korean foods are becoming increasingly popular amongst Vietnamese people

This year, the festival will feature 100 booths introducing diverse products and traditional Korean dishes.

This is the 11th time the annual event has been held in Viet Nam, and it has become a popular event among local youngsters.

In addition, it will also provide a chance for Vietnamese consumers and RoK companies to foster connections.

The event aims to strengthen the friendship between the people of Viet Nam and the RoK.

Two countries established diplomatic ties on December 22, 1992. They set up their comprehensive strategic partnership in August 2001, and agreed to lift ties to a strategic cooperative partnership in October 2009.

Traditional Korean foods are becoming increasingly popular amongst Vietnamese people, namely kimchi, kimbab, bulgogi, cold noodle soup, and noodles with black bean sauce. Korean pop music and fashion also have increased influence on Vietnamese youths.
