Deputy PM Binh attended the opening ceremony and cut the ribbon to launch the road.

Addressing the event, Vice Chairman of the Lang Son provincial People's Committee Nguyen Cong Truong said that the transport road has been put into operation on schedule.

This was an important event, marking the important milestone in promoting exchanges, economic cooperation, and trade ties between Lang Son and Guangzhou. Meanwhile, the new road served to cement and deepen the comprehensive strategic ties between Viet Nam and China. The road is expected to create important ways for the business communities to strengthen relations, goods export, and strive for higher two-way trade turnover among Viet Nam, China, and ASEAN countries.

The Vice Chairman proposed relevant agencies of the two countries work together to manage, exploit, and operate the transport road../.
