Starting from mid November 2017, the friendship mural village is expected to bring a new vitality to the Tan Tich neighborhood while still preserving the charm of its tight-knit community.
Over time, it will attract many new visitors from across the province, different parts of the country and from around the world.
The village, along with Cao Lanh bridge connecting the Mekong Delta’s central region, reflects the close relations between Viet Nam and Australia.
The bridge was built at a total cost of VND3 trillion (US$132.12 million), including AUD160 million (US$124.83 million) of non-refundable aid from the Australian Government.
