VN willing to work with Czech Republic on visa-related issue
VPG – Viet Nam is willing to work with the Czech Republic to address obstacles related to granting of long-term visas to Vietnamese citizens for the purposes of residence or running business in the European country, said Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Le Thi Thu Hang.

Hang made the above statement in response to reporters’ questions about the Czech Republic’s decision on ceased acceptance of visas by Vietnamese citizens, at the Ministry’s press briefing on Thursday.
Viet Nam and the Czech Republic are enjoying fruitful multifaceted cooperation, expressing her hope that the settlement of the issue will help promote bilateral cooperation in many fields in accordance with the traditional friendship between the two nations.
According to the Czech Foreign Ministry, the priority for the Czech Embassy in Viet Nam currently is accepting applications for the purpose of family reunification./.
