VN to open first int'l real estate exhibition
VGP - The International Real Estate Exhibition 2009 will take place in Hồ Chí Minh City on September 20-24.

The exhibition is held for the first time in Việt Nam by the Real Estate Association, in collaboration with the Housing Management Department of the Ministry of Construction (MoC) and the Foreign Investment Agency of the Ministry of Planning and Investment.
Real estate enterprises, both domestic and international, will introduce their achievements and projects in over 1,500 showcase booths. Through the event, the MoC hopes to boost up the development of the real estate market in Việt Nam and help enterprises expand their business activities in such new fields as tourism, trade, housing and urban development.
Seminars will also be organized to disseminate the Government’s policies on real estate investment and social housing.
Prestigious products and famous brand names of Việt Nam will be honored on this occasion.
CB Richard Ellis (CBRE), the world's leading commercial real estate services firm, assessed that Việt Nam's real estate market is promising as many foreign groups and enterprises have cooperated with their Vietnamese counterparts.
