VN to lauch Project on Int’l sea cooperation towards 2020
VNGOP – The Government-inked Project on International sea cooperation towards 2020 targets to bring into full play Việt Nam’s sea potential and strengths into reality and set up peaceful, cooperative and friendship sea water areas.
The new project aims at drawing further external strengths for Việt Nam’s sea benefits, higher income, formulation of some large corporations, infrastructure construction of sea and coastal areas, improvement of sea science and technology and sea-relating- manpower training.
The project also apparently states 12 groups of Việt Nam’s mission to international sea cooperation, most importantly in the following fields, such as oil and gas, marine economy, sea tourism, seafood, salt original products, development of industry parks, economic and processing zones, preservation of marine resources, sea security, natural sources exploitation and sea science and technology.
The Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment was appointed responsibility to function as an information clue as well as authorizing body for international sea cooperation between Việt Nam and the outsiders.
