The Vietnam Foreign Ministry spokesman Lê Dũng stressed so in a regular press briefing on March 1. “We hope that the talks will come to positives outcomes which help speed up the normalization of the relation between the two countries, contributing to peace and stability in the region”, Mr. Dũng said. He asserted that Vietnam is ready to make effective contributions to the smooth organization of the talks.
