Standing Deputy Foreign Minister Phạm Bình Minh made the emphasis at the International Francophonie Anniversary co-organized on March 20 in Hà Nội by the Foreign Ministry and the Francophonie’s Asia-Pacific Regional Branch (BRAP).

Mr. Minh highly spoke of the Francophonie’s role on international arena and confirmed Việt Nam’s consistent commitment to deepen cooperation with the French-speaking community.
