VN hosts Asian-Oceanian ICT Summit 2014

VGP - The Asian-Oceanian Computing Industry Organization (ASOCIO) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Summit 2014 will be held in Ha Noi and central Da Nang City from October 28-31.

This is the 2nd time Viet Nam has hosted the largest annual forum on ICT in the Asia-Oceania region, the biggest and most important annual event for the Asian-Oceania software, IT, and communications industry.

This year’s event is expected to attract 700 domestic and international delegates, including 250 leaders from ICT associations and leading groups in 30 countries around the world.

The forum will focus on discussing strategies and solutions to promote ICT applications in implementing agriculture restructuring and creating a new rural development model.  This will ensure comprehensive competitiveness among localities, businesses and organizations in the Asia-Oceania region.

Within the framework of the forum, there will be the ICT Best Practices Exhibition, the Japan ICT Day 2014, networking activities, business matchmaking, seminars, and networking meetings with companies in Da Nang City.
