Viet Nam is one of the markets with the fastest growths in the region, and it connects China and Southeast Asia through roads and creates aeronautical and maritime roads, said Ms. Karen Reddington, expressing hope gor her company to expand operation in Viet Nam.

Ms. Karen Reddington highly appraised the Vietnamese Government’s measures to address issues on infrastructure development, especially take-off activities at Viet Nam’s airports.

She committed to supporting Viet Nam to modernize infrastructure and establish regulations to boost trade and proposed the Ministry of Information and Communications re-license activities operating in communications.

Minister Dung expressed his thanks to the FedEx for its sponsors for the Viet Nam APEC 2017.

Viet Nam is encouraging the private sector to invest in airports, hoping FedEx to invest and exploit transport in Viet Nam, said the Minister.

The nation will create favorable conditions for foreign investors to launch operation in Viet Nam, said Mr. Dung, welcoming FedEx and other U.S. investors to take part in the process of constructing infrastructure in Viet Nam, including the North-South Express.
