VN expects to promote dialogues, open partnership with WEF

After two-way working with 60 discussions, the event successfully concluded, he said, adding that the forum creates an opportunity for exchanging initiatives and sharing viewpoints on crucial issues related to the development of ASEAN nations in the context of the fourth industrial revolution. 

He suggested Governments and businesses in ASEAN uphold internal forces and create a favorable environment for creation and new growth force for a more prosperous world. 

The Vietnamese Government is making efforts in forming a favorable environment for development, encouraging business and people, especially youth to promote creation, start-up spirit and make more contribution to the development of the nation, he asserted. 

The establishment of an open and smart education for all the people is the foundation and crucial method for enhancing creation and ensure that all the people may enjoy opportunities and benefits of the advanced technology, he added. 

He welcomed initiatives and recommendations proposed at the event, which equip the youth new skills, particularly digital skills to own technology and meet demands for jobs, he said, stressing the opportunity for enterprises to pour more investment in smart education in ASEAN nations. 

On behalf of the Vietnamese Government, he expressed thanks to the Founder of WEF Klaus Schwab for his support and effective coordination for the successful organization of the event.
