PM Phuc also spoke highly of the outcomes of the talks between Deputy PM, FM Pham Binh Minh and Serbian Deputy PM, FM Ivica Dacic earlier the same day.

He suggested both countries should strengthen the exchange of delegations at all levels and cooperation between ministries and localities, create more opportunities for their businesses to enhance partnership.

Viet Nam is ready to be a gateway for Serbian enterprises to reach Southeast Asian markets, said PM Phuc.

Serbian Deputy PM Ivica Dacic stressed both countries have enjoyed traditional and long-lasting relationship, adding that there is a road named after President Ho Chi Minh in Belgrade.

He expressed his admiration for Vietnamese people’s bravery spirit in the struggle for national liberation, saying this is one of the similarities between the two nations.
