During his 2.5-year term, the diplomat made numerous efforts to push the “strategic partnership for cooperation” between the two countries and to enhance cooperation between their localities.

Deputy PM Khiêm stressed that Mr. Im Hong Jae has already left excellent impressions on Vietnamese people’s mind and become their close friend.

The Ambassador pledged to introduce Việt Nam’s outstanding socio-economic achievements, which he witnessed with his own eyes during the past years, to the RoK’s authorities and investors.

He affirmed that the RoK’s Government is determined to further concretize the strategic ties with Việt Nam, particular in the fields of economics, trade and investment.
