VN confers Friendship Medal on Russian diplomat
VGP – Deputy FM Nguyễn Quốc Cường, authorized by State President Nguyễn Minh Triết, today conferred a Medal of Friendship on Russian Ambassador Vadim V. Serafimov.

Deputy FM Nguyễn Quốc Cường highly spoke of the advancement of the strategic partnership and comprehensive cooperation between Việt Nam and the Russian Federation.
He also took the occasion to hail Ambassador Vadim V. Serafimov’s considerable contributions to the enhanced Việt Nam-Russia relationship.
Mr. Vadim V. Serafimov vowed to make greater efforts to consolidate and strengthen the traditional friendship and partnership between the two nations.
