VN braces for typhoon Kai-tak

The Center for Hydrometeorology Forecast Center reported that the center of the storm was 270 kilometers from the Central Coast of the Philippines.

The Center said that it was necessary to keep a close watch on further weather forecast news for the upcoming cyclone.  

The cold weather has affected some areas in North-East Viet Nam. It will affect other areas in the North and North-Center regions.
