VN attends 8th Moscow Conference on International Security
VGP - A high-ranking military delegation of Viet Nam led by Senior Lieutenant General Phan Van Giang, Chief of the General Staff of the Viet Nam People’s Army and Deputy Minister of Defense left Ha Noi on April 22 to attend the 8th Moscow Conference on International Security (MCIS 8) from April 23-25.

The visit is made at the invitation of the Ministry of Defense of Russia.
Via the participation, Viet Nam continues to affirm the country’s proactive role and sense of responsibility towards international and regional issues, and present the country’s viewpoint on security and development issues of world and regional interests, thus through which protecting national interests.
The MCIS-8 comprises four plenums and four special session, as well as bilateral meetings on the sidelines./.
