PM Dung said that the Vietnamese Government attaches importance to business startups and formation of an increasingly favorable business environment as the keys for sustainable and successful economy.

Prince Andrew said that the initiative will be deployed next years after discussions with competent agencies and business circles in order to help the businesses to successfully operate in the global environment.

Initial outcomes will help Viet Nam formulate a proper legal framework to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
