Secretary General Pitoon Pumhiran informed his working session with the delegation of the Vietnamese NA Office in which the two sides had pledged to further share experience and promote their close cooperation. NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng remarked that the relationship between the Vietnamese NA Office and the Thai House of Representatives Secretariat is an important and practical channel to deepen the ties between the two legislative bodies. Nowadays, Vietnam’s National Assembly has been renovating its performance. However, Vietnamese staff should learn from Thailand’s experience to improve their work quality.

The guest expressed his hope that NA Chairman Nguyễn Phú Trọng could visit Thailand soon.
