VN, RoK to open business forum this week

VGP – A Business Forum co-organized by the Vietnamese Ministry of Investment and Planning, Korean Ministry of Strategy and Finance, and the Korea Development Institute will take place on October 21 to 22 in Hà Nội.

The forum, including the main forum, six professional forums and the awarding ceremony for articles on the Việt Nam-Republic of Korea policies, will create a chance for the two sides to share experience and find strategic methods for their cooperation.

The main conference will comprehensively evaluate the two countries’ economic cooperation and seek for new opportunities for its future development.

Besides, the strategy on Việt Nam’s socio-economic development will be introduced together with in-depth presentations on Korean experience of development, proposing possible implications for Việt Nam’s economic development.

Six professional forums will be held, namely Financial Policy Forum, POSCO Forum, Broadcasting and Telecommunication Forum, Land Development Forum, Intellectual Property Forum, and Vocational Training Forum. Mr. Kwon Kyoung Doug, Deputy Director of the Korea Trade-Investment Promotion Agency in Việt Nam, confidently said that the forum will open a new chapter for the two nations’ relationship by gathering top experts and sharing experience of economic development.
