VN, Laos enhance cooperation in personnel works

VGP – PM Nguyen Xuan Phuc on May 25 hosted a reception for head of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party (LPRP) Central Committee’s Organization Commission Chansi Phosikham.

At the meeting, Mr. Chansi Phosikham said that his working visit to Viet Nam aimed to exchange views and share experience on organization work between the two Party Central Committees’ Organization Commissions.

Lao side is actively launching infrastructure development projects to enhance connections between the two nations, especially transport projects, he said, expressing thanks to the Vietnamese Party, State and people for close cooperation and support for Laos over the past years.

He asserted that Laos will do its utmost to promote and consolidate the special relationship with Viet Nam.

The Vietnamese PM hailed the outcomes of the talks between the two countries’ Party Central Committees’ Organization Commissions.

He asked the two sides to tighten their coordination in implementing Viet Nam-Laos joint statements, agreements reached by Party leaders of the two countries and Governments, the agreement signed at the 40th meeting of the Viet Nam-Laos Intergovernmental Committee and other cooperation programs.

The Government chief said Viet Nam is striving to improve training quality for Lao students learning in Viet Nam./.
